Man I have been too busy...

I need to get here more often, I find this therapeutic. (I remembered how to spell this without spellcheck! Thank you, Therapeutic Products Directorate!)

I have been watching Big Bang Theory Season 3 all day so far (just have taken a break to put my son to bed and to play Farmville, I still can't cut that ikea out.) I can't believe how well written this show is. And how much I can relate to the non-work related parts. I love Star Wars, Star Trek, gaming, comic books (If I could afford them, I'd have lots), Tolkien, really bad pop music, psychedelic music, and extremely bad jokes. All rolled up in one!

Speaking of comics, more and more I find I am the defender of Aquaman . Why is he maligned so much? Is there a prejudice against the water-breathing? No one seems to have a problem with Lori Lemaris...and another thing, if both of them are from Atlantis, how come Aquaman's people aren't mermen like Lemaris' people? (Apparently Lori from Tritonus and Aquaman is from Poseidonis, different cities but that still doesn't explain it to me.)

Four weeks in and the Bills are still looking for a win, no surprise there, they are freakin' terrible!

I really need to learn how to relax. Everything is making me jumpy these days. I jump more than the eight million crickets in my backyard combined.

Bought the latest issue of White Dwarf magazine as it is a High Elves themed issue. I always love looking at the brilliant miniatures work done in these magazines by the 'Eavy Metal Team. I hope they are rightfully compensated because something tells me that the amount of work that goes into these models leave them with not a lot of time to do other things, like having a family. (grinning now. I always say to my wife that I love taking my son to Games Workshop because it's proof I at least have had sex with a woman once...in person, and not online! Look a joke at geekdom's expense, I can do it as I am one myself!) The new models in plastic for the Elves replacing a bunch of metal ones, are well done and I personally wish that this was done sooner (is this the most correct way to say it?) as I have always stated a preference for working with plastic models as opposed to the metal ones, although the metal ones are generally speaking, of a better quality.

Anyways, off for today.
