I am so torn...

Having read Supergirl Annual #2 this week, I think I have someone I like as much as Buffy...what is it about girls that can kick your ass...Anyways, the story guest-starred the Legion of Super-Heroes, and an updated Satan Girl was the villain of the month. The original Satan Girl was, of course, a duplicate of Supergirl, created by the unpredictable effects of Red Kryptonite (as detailed in Adventure Comics #313; reprinted on several occasions, including Adventure Comics Digest #500, where I reread the story yesterday...) I remember as a kid that my dad had a lot of comics from the Silver Age, and I grew up reading them (especially the DC Universe...) and Supergirl was in first Action, then Adventure Comics. She was also in the Legion then, and as I was (and still am...that's why I bought the book in the first place) a huge LSH fan I got to know her a little bit. (Batman and Superman were still, well, the "Man".). Knowing that Kara Zor-El is on Smallville , makes me want to watch Smallville (although I am not familiar with the concept of her being older than Kal-El.)

For the record, I also liked the following members of the Legion the best: Element Lad, Lightning Lad, Sun Boy, Timber Wolf, Superboy, Supergirl, Triplicate Girl/Duo Damsel, Matter-Eater Lad, Wildfire and Karate Kid. (Honourable mentions to: Star Boy, Dream Girl, Ultra Boy and Ferro Lad.) Bouncing Boy deserves a mention here for scoring Duo Damsel.

But enough about this, it's time to get to the real reason we are here, to read my wisdom. Because my thoughts are more important then anybody else. (I'm a legend in the making, really, I am!)

Buffy is great, she really is...it makes me wonder what Sarah Michelle Geller is doing these days, (besides looking after her kid.) Wasn't she good in Cruel Intentions? The only thing that movie was missing (besides more skin) was a cat fight between Reese Witherspoon and Sarah Michelle. I would think that alone would be worth the price of admission, (Well on top of the girl-on-girl kiss...Makes me think, I wonder if Duo Damsel's two bodies...for those that do not know her powers or who she is see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duo_Damsel, have ever been known to give Bouncing Boy a bit of fun...curious, wink wink?) That girl-on-girl kiss scene apparently was faded out (too much rewinding) on most rental copies of the movie...similar to the Phoebe Cates scene in Fast Times in Ridgemont High...anyways, I'm getting distracted again.

Littlecaveman has been sick for most of the week. I am typing this right now with him on my lap.

I really need to get more gaming in, I am getting a little rusty with the rule systems...especially Warhammer. I have a game scheduled this week for both Warhammer and D&D (Thursday and Friday.) and I have to get some information first (Like, how many points I need to do make an army list from.) I have to use the High Elves right now, because I don't think I have enough points in my Vampire Counts army. I can't even remember the last time I played any video-games.

Anyways, time for the Littlecaveman to go to bed. Bye for now. Next time, we will discuss why Star Trek needs to happen.
