I guess McGrattan should have kept his mouth shut...

because he was placed on waivers today by the Bruins, a week after his personal attack on Chris Neil of the Senators. Chris Neil is a solid third-liner, you are a minor-leaguer. Karma's a biotch...

Way back when the blog started, I had done an entry on Star Trek Warp speed. I promised then to produce an argument or explanation of the warp speed at some point. This is what I have found: http://www.trekmania.net/science/warp_scale.htm . I find it interesting mostly because I can't believe somebody took the time to do the math. That, my friends, is dedication to a cause...

I see that Wil Wheaton is going to be on the Big Bang Theory again this week. I can't freakin' wait. It is so nice that Sheldon has a recurring mortal enemy, especially one that insulted his meemaw. (I just realized Liz Vassey played two different women on the Charlie show...) Anyways, it amuses me in the commercials to see Wil's smirk. Faith was on the show last week as an FBI agent doing a security check on Wolowitz, but she didn't stand out except for the part with Leonard hitting on her (Classic, when she asks if her 6'2 Marine husband could join them...)
Penny returned briefly. She needs to be on more again (I hope Ms. Cuoco's leg is better.)

Speaking of the Big Bang, I still can't believe that Leonard is the same guy who played the kid in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, that movie was a lifetime ago...and yet I still love to watch it every year. I can't believe that Randy Quaid has turned into a flake claiming refugee status in Canada.

I wish my wrists would feel better, this typing with braces on is hard...

I am going to finish today with more random thoughts...

Who was the first human to see a beehive and stick his hand in (because you know it had to be a man...) a beehive to taste honey? Did he get stung on his tongue?

Who does Santa believe in?

Why does toast always land butter side down when you drop it?

Why didn't Vader sense Luke while he was ON Death Star 1?

Why does it always take 45 minutes to get to work and 90 minutes to get home?

How is it that Julia Louis-Dreyfus looks better now than when she was on Seinfeld?

Good night, folks.
