Littlecaveman is sick again...

he has another ear infection. This is his second one in three weeks (I suspect that it never really went away.) I was at the Comic Book show at the Civic Centre yesterday, when Mrs. Mattcaveman called to say she was taking him to the clinic again...well, at least I got to read some of my acquisitions while he was napping today (grin...Those who know me know how much I hate missing a day of work, it just piles worse for the return...the things we do for our children.)

I can not believe every time there is a freezing rain warning in this area, that people are still ignorant enough to not pay attention to warnings or check a freakin' weather report. Everytime the local news starts off with "And this freezing rain storm caught people unaware's...." People, I live in the basement (read the title of the blog for freak's sake) and I still check the weather everyday, after all, one has to know how to dress for the weather...sheesh, some people just don't have 3 bloody brain cells, do they?

Started reading the new Warhammer rulebook as well, and I noticed some things we did wrong the last time we played. Have to watch it for next time....

I notice that since I have quit Farmville, I have had more time for this blog. That's just awesome.

(Littlecaveman is upset, I think the Advil hasn't quite kicked in yet...what's wrong little man? Ah, now he's climbing the couch, can't be too upset.)

So, I watched Sesame Street with him today and it has really changed. Jim Parsons (from the Big Bang Theory) was on the show today; apparently they were going on about arachnids, as today was brought to us by the Number 8. Anyways, Jim claimed to know nothing about spiders/arachnids, and I just found it hard to believe (Does anyone remember the Stride Gum commercial he was in just before he made it big?), as he is SO convincing as Sheldon. It is just hard to picture him no knowing anything about anything. Also, Telly's voice is different. I didn't like that. I am one of those guys who hates change, period.

(Tonight's CTV local news is all about new weekly features; run out of news already? I am now used to not having Max Keeping.)

It may be short, but tonight's entry was brought to you by the letter Keyboard, and by the number of thoughts in my head.
