it was nice to see (and it was my year to choose his costume; Mrs. Mattcaveman wasnted him to ba a spider, he wouldn't even have 3 HD, for the Force's sake!)
I see that Family Guy and the Simpsons will both have their Hallowe'en episodes this weekend; I can't wait for Fox to lose the World Series so that they go back to the time of year that it is SUPPOSED to be in. November is for veterans and pre-Christmas sales (and the Grey Cup), and for our Yankee neighbours, NFL-on-a-Thursday Day. 3 games this year, again I believe.
This October was the busiest month I think I had ever had in my life that I can remember in a long time anyways, I don't think I was home from morning to night twice this past month. I absolutely hated it! I am getting too old to be out every single weekend (and a lot of evenings after work). I was hoping that things would quiet down for awhile, but sure enough, November is starting to fill up again...and of course, we all know what happens in December...
I need to learn more about the Thor and Green Lantern movies. I also need to get a copy of Iron Man 2 and see Wolverine. I am a disgrace to geekdom having not seen Wolverine yet; I have watched Superman Returns like 10 times and still haven't seen Wolverine...bad, bad boy.
Looking forward to Big Bang Theory this week, Faith will be on it, (No Buffy though, I really wonder what Sarah Michelle Gellar is doing these days....she was at one of the Comic Cons this year, I believe it was San Diego...no one really big comes to Toronto that is not Canadian or a bit player...)
My wife posted pictures of Littlecaveman with Captain Janeway in the background on her profile on Facebook. He seems to be into it, and I like that, because Star Trek is one of the few geek shows that I can play in front of him.
I have been reading the Bruce Wayne, the Road Home one-shots and I am convinced that nine books is a little too many for one month...great premise however. Bruce has returned from the past (Check out the webcomic Gutters for a strip where Batman is a joke on this premise...I will post the link on my next entry) and he is checking out all of the other members of the Batman Family to make sure they are OK. There is a R'as al Ghul one and a Catwoman one (another movie I haven't seen...), and it is a small stretch for that (OK so Ras is the grandfather of the current Robin, maybe he qualifies...)
Anyways, take care for now.
